Easy and healthy brown rice and millet dosa

    Soak brown rice and millet for 5-6 hours and grind it with little water to get smooth paste.

    Add salt and water to the batter and mix.

    Heat non stick pan on high flame till the pan is nicely hot.

  4. 4

    Pour the batter on the hot tawa and make dosa as shown in the reel.

  5. 5

    Add few drops of ghee and flip it.

  6. 6

    Fold and enjoy with chutney or chai.
