Peanut Sauce for Blunt Rolls/Goi Cuon

Everyone has their own recipe and this is mine. If you don’t cook your sauce we can not be friends #heffaaclub

Ingredients

    In a pan add oil and garlic and shallots.

    Fry until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the rest of the ingredients in and mix well until everything is combined and smooth.

    Bring to a full boiling and scoop out all the ewww. Continue to simmer for about a couple of minutes.

    Sauce will thicken once cool off. If too thick just add a little more water and bring back to simmer.


Notes

Store leftover in the fridge after completely cool off. Heat when ready to eat again.
