Viral Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Candy Bar
Dubai doesn’t do shipping so get your azz up and go make yourself some. This is also my first time making chocolate candy bar. It’s ain’t gonna be my last either heffaa! I’m using dark chocolate but you can use whatever the hell you want. The texture is like a Kit Kat and a crunch chocolate bar. Not too sweet.

Melt the chocolate until it’s nice and smooth. Don’t wanna cook it. You can always warm it up again if you azz is too slow. Prefer using glass or stainless steel metal bowl.

Fry the karaifi until it’s golden brown. This will give it the maximum crunch and stay crispy for a long time. Do not undercook.

Put a thin layer of melted chocolate on the silicone mold. Move around and completely cover the bottom and all the sides. Remove all the access chocolate. Turn it upside and tap it on plate or chocolate bowl to remove it.

Chocolate are best served at room temperature. Take it out from the fridge and let it sit for 15-20 minutes or until your ancestors whisper, “that’s long enough heffaa”. The filling will be soft, gooey with a nice and gentle crunch.
