Mix well until smooth and let batter set for 30 minutes.

Bring steamer to a full boiling. Brush nonstick pan with a little oil. Put pan in to preheat (1-2 minutes)

Give batter a stir before pouring. Pour just enough to cover the pan (not too thick).

Cover the steamer and steam until batter slightly bubbles (3-4 minutes)

Remove pan and let it cool off before starting to roll (2-3 minutes)

Roll half way, add shrimp and roll the rest of the way.

Heat until sugar dissolved. Taste and adjust.

Peeled and deveined shrimp. Lightly added salt, pepper, and cornstarch. Place on a plate. Steam on high for 4-6 minutes or until cooked. Depending on how big the shrimps are.
