    Add oil, onion, carrot and zucchini to a deep pan and sauté until browning.

    Push veg to the side and add butter to the middle. Once the butter is melted, add flour and milk and stir.

    Add half of the mozzarella (save the other half for topping).

    Once thickened, add tuna and break up.

    Add pasta.

    Place pasta and tuna mix into an oven safe dish.

    Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden.
