Smokey Chipotle Taco Pulled Chicken
This chicken recipe is sooo tasty!! It’s perfect for a taco bowl, taco shells, or even to top your nachos!

To a large pot - add crushed tomatoes, water, taco seasoning and chicken stock powder and stir. Turn heat to medium.

Add beans and chicken breasts. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Remove chicken (continue cooking the beans and sauce).

Shred chicken.

Return chicken to pot and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or until sauce has thickened.

Serve as you’d like - I love rice, mixed leaves, steamed veg and avocado for a tasty and balanced bowl
