    Combine flours, baking powder, bicarb soda, and salt in a large bowl.

    Mix together sugar replacement, apple sauce, golden malt syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Stir wet ingredients into dry mix. Stir through choc chips.

    Scoop out 21 individual tablespoons of mix, roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 8-10 minutes or until cooked.
