Jelly Slice Weetbix
This recipe is so good for breakfast, an afternoon pick-me-up or even for a protein filled dessert!!

Crush weetbix in a small bowl. Add maple syrup and milk and stir.

In a separate bowl, combine yoghurt and protein powder until smooth. Spread over weetbix.

Mix jelly crystals with 125mL boiling water and 125mL tap water and stir until crystals are all dissolved.

Pour jelly over yoghurt. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set. Enjoy!
