Salted Scallion Beef Donburi

Turning salted scallion sauce into a donburi is a perfect way to curb your cravings for it!

    Cut the beef into thin slices.

    Chop 2-3 scallions, then add 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp soy sauce and sesame seeds (optional). Mix well.

    Add 1-2 tbsps to the pan over medium heat. Add the beef and sear for about 1-2 mins each side. Then take 1 tbsp oil from the pan and add to the scallions mixture and combine.

    Add the scallion oil back into the pan with the beef, stirring quickly for another 1-2 mins until fragrant.

    Serve on top of the rice with an egg. Enjoy!
