Soft and chewy udon noodles stir-fried with chicken and bok choy, tossed in a rich, savory sauce.

    Cook udon noodles for about a minute, and use a pair of chopsticks to loosen the noodles. Rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.

    Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, add onion & garlic until aromatic. Add chicken and cook for

    Add the udon noodles, bok choy, mushrooms and the sauce. Toss together until evenly coated.
