This creamy miso mushrooms udon noodles is full of umami and flavor, perfect for when you’ve had a long day and need something speedy yet comforting

    Cook frozen udon noodles in hot boiling water for 30 seconds, strain in a colander and set aside.

    Heat a pan on medium heat and add in butter. Sauté onions about 2 mins, until softened. then toss in your mushrooms, cook for about 3 minutes.

    Once the mushroom has browned or cooked, add in minced garlic, stir-fry for another minute then mix in heavy cream or milk. increase to medium high heat and simmer for 3 minutes. sprinkle a bit of salt and black pepper.

    Once the sauce has started thickening, toss in your cooked udon noodles, combine well with the sauce for about a minute and enjoy!
