A comforting rice dish with tender pieces of chicken, carrots, and potatoes cooked in a rich, savory curry sauce, perfect for busy weekdays.

    Add 2 cups rice into your rice cooker and wash your rice! Prepare the veggies, wash and cut into cubes.

    Marinate the diced chicken with 1/2 tbsp cooking wine and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce.

    In the rice cooker, add curry cubes, then spread the chicken pieces, carrots, potatoes and onion slices over the top of the rice.

    Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, water, amount should be just covering the surface of the rice. Close the lid and click the cook button.

    Once the rice is fully cooked, mix the rice well, garnish with green onions, serve while hot. Enjoy!
