    Melt approx 100g chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, stirring gently.

    Place baking paper over template, using something heavy (I used two glasses) to keep it in place.

    Spoon chocolate into a piping bag or bottle and trace the bat shapes. Then fill them in.

    Leave to set, or gently slide baking paper onto a chopping board and refrigerate until set, then enjoy!
