    Blend the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt in a food processor until well combined and smooth.

    Add in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and stir to combine.

    Spread the chickpea cookie dough mixture onto a lined baking sheet, forming an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.

    Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, until the bark is firm.

    Melt the extra chocolate in a double boiler or a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted.

    Pour the melted chocolate onto the cookie dough layer and place back in the freezer for 15 minutes.

    Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
