Pear Chocolate Torte
A gluten-free, vegan, refined sugar-free, and nut-free dessert

Peel, core and chop the pears.

Boil pears in water for 10 minutes, until soft, then drain.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat.

Blend the pears and chocolate in a blender until smooth, then spoon into a 4” cake tin or similar.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set, dust with cacao if you like, then enjoy!
