    Dry roast Kashmiri chilli powder and coriander powder.

    Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, lime juice, and roasted powder for an hour.

    Sauté sunflower or coconut oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and grated coconut until golden brown.

    Sauté chopped onions until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Sauté crushed ginger/garlic for a few minutes.

    Add marinated chicken, curry leaves, and chopped tomato. Sauté for 5 minutes, then cover and cook until done.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies.
