Vegan Lemon & Herb Style Tacos
A meat-free Monday idea that takes 15 minutes to do, made with Planted Lemon & Herb Chicken pieces.

Dice your onion and fry in the pan in some oil with the spices listed above.

Add in the Planted Lemon and Herb chicken and fry for a few minutes either side.

Add some water to the pan to form a paste and leave this to simmer for a few minutes until you get a thick sauce.

Add the mix on to your tacos, fold and spray with fry light.

Air fry at 200 degrees for around 3-5 minutes.
