Granola Stuffed Pancakes

Add your banana, milk, honey and vanilla to a blender.

In a separate bowl mix together your self raising flour, granola and baking powder and pour in the wet mix. Mix well to combine.

To a lightly greased pan, add 2-3 teaspoons of pancake batter. Fry for a few minutes before flipping and cook until both sides are golden brown.

For the healthy chocolate sauce, mix together your cocoa powder with your honey, milk and vanilla, feel free to add extra honey if you like it a bit sweeter.

Stack your pancakes and top with some Greek yoghurt, extra banana coins and some more delicious granola.
