    Add your tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, peppers, onion, chorizo and seasoning to your slow cooker and cook on high for one hour.

    After an hour, make 3-4 holes in the mix and crack your eggs, leave on high for around 30-40 minutes, check your eggs and leave until your egg whites are done.

    Serve with coriander, crusty bread and enjoy.
