Greek Yoghurt Brownies
These are soooo yum The yoghurt helps them to stay sooo fudgy as well as helping to keep you fuller than a standard chocolate bar from the protein content they are also so easy and you probably have all the ingredients sitting in your cupboards already!

Preheat oven to 180C fan.

Melt the chopped chocolate in the microwave, I recommend doing this on slow and stirring in 15-30 second intervals as dark chocolate can burn easily.

To a bowl, add your melted dark chocolate, sugar, yoghurt and milk and whisk well until lump free.

Fold in the flour and cocoa powder and feel free to add in some dark chocolate chips.

Transfer to a lined pan and bake for 20-28 minutes (a skewer should come out slightly clean for a more fudgy brownie) let them cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Feel free to swap the use 0% fat yoghurt for a lower calorie version or to swap this out for vegan yoghurt and milk for a dairy free alternative
