Slow Cooker Thai Chicken Noodles
This was such a quick, easy and cheap slow cooker dinner which is packed with lots of immunity boosting benefits so it’s perfect if like me you’re feeling a little bit under the weather at the moment ❤️ such a healthy and easy takeaway!

Add your chicken, red Thai paste, soy sauce, chicken stock and coconut milk to your slow cooker, cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3

An hour before serving, add your sliced veggies and noodles and mango chutney and leave on high for a further 30-45 minutes until the noodles are soft

Serve with coriander, chilli and chilli oil
