    Mix together protein powder, cinnamon mix, and milk.

    Open up the dough and spread evenly across the middle and roll in to a tight ball.

    Slice each roll in to 4.

    Spray the bottom of your slow cooker with fry light or brush with some butter.

  5. 5

    Place your cinnamon rolls next to each other, cover with a tea towel and cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours.

    Mix your cream cheese and Greek yoghurt with one or both of the icing sugar pots provided until a paste forms then spread this across your buns.

    Place in air tight containers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
