Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese
Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese… but packed with your 5 a day!!

Add your packet of veg, seasoning and water to your slow cooker and cook on high for 1-2 hours until soft.

When the veg is soft, blend with a hand blender for a few minutes until soft.

Add your dry macaroni and milk and stir well, leave on high for 1 hour or until the pasta is soft.

When the pasta is soft, stir in your grated cheese and mayo, top with some extra cheese and place under the grill until it is crispy on top.

While it was under the grill, pop some bacon in the airfryer for a little protein boost, or serve with chicken, fish or tofu.
Notes
Serve with crispy bacon medallion bits, or other protein of choice.
