The best autumn soup to get you glowing from inside out

    Slice all your veg and add this to the slow cooker, feel free to add in any other veg you have lying around.

    Cover your veg in the seasoning and add your chicken stock. Give it a good mix and leave on high for 2-3 hours until the veg has started to soften.

    Take the lid off the slow cooker and leave to cool for a few minutes when the veg is soft, this just make sure your cream doesn’t curdle when the temperature is too hot!

    After a few minutes add your cream, transfer to a blender or use your hand blender and blend until smooth.

    Have a little taste and see if you think it needs an extra bit to salt and pepper if you fancy it xx
