These were sooo good and much easier than a lasagne in the week! all done in less than half an hour and something a bit different to do with your weekly bolognese this one also packed in 5/5 a day in one meal!!

    Slice your potatoes around 3/4 of the way down, don’t slice too close to the bottom as they can fall apart

    Melt your butter with the garlic and mixed herbs and brush evenly over the potatoes, air fry at 190 for 25 minutes shaking halfway through

  3. 3

    While the potatoes cook, make your bolognese mix and white sauce mix

  4. 4

    After 25 minutes pour over your bolognese sauce, white sauce and mozzarella and air fry for a further 5 minutes

  5. 5

    We shared this between 2 and enjoyed with some rocket salad!
