If you love banoffee, these are for you! They’re are such an easy high protein treat that make the perfect breakfast or prep-ahead snack and can be sliced up and popped in to lunch boxes

    Mix light cream cheese and vanilla and set aside

    Slice puff pastry into 2 even slices, add a few teaspoons of cream cheese mix and banana and fold. Press down edges with the back of a fork

    Brush with egg or milk and air fry at 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown

    Melt Biscoff in the microwave on low until melted and pour over puff pastry rolls, top with reserved cream cheese and crushed flake
