Inspired by Liams granny’s amazing Irish soda bread, this slow cooker recipe is easy to make and yields a delicious, unprocessed loaf.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Crumbling the butter in to the mix then forming a well to add the buttermilk and milk.

Knead to form the shape of a loaf on a floured surface.

Line your slow cooker with some baking paper and bake on high for 2 hours 10 minutes.
