Sticky Apple Toffee Pudding Cake
A warm sticky toffee pudding cake with fresh honeycrisp apples. It’s warm, gooey, and the apples add a nice crunch to the cake.

Peel and chop up your apples. Set aside.

Line a 7x7 or 8x8 baking pan. Preheat oven to 350f.

In a medium size bowl, add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Whisk together and set aside.

In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar and vanilla.

Add in the eggs & molasses and whisk again.

Sift in the dry ingredients into the wet. Fold everything together with a spatula. Add in the apples.

Bake for about 25-30 min!

While that’s baking, make the toffee sauce!

Add all the ingredients into the saucepan and mix. Stir and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Let the toffee sauce cool for about 10 minutes.

When the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly in the pan.

Poke holes and pour half of the toffee sauce on top

Let it cool more.

Serve with ice cream!! And pour toffee sauce on top!
