Apple Pie Cinnamon Rolls

Super fluffy cinnamon roll with apple pie filling and topped with crunchy cinnamon streusel

    Add in all the ingredients for the rolls and knead it in a stand mixer. Knead until the dough is smooth.

    Place the dough in a bowl and cover for 1 hour. Let it rise!

    Peel the apples and dice into small pieces. (Set aside)

    In a small bowl, add in the sugar and cinnamon and set this aside as well.

    After the hour, Place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out. Roll it into a rectangle about 10x 15 inch.

    Slap on the room temp butter and then sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar top.

    Spread out the diced apples on top of the cinnamon sugar mixture.

    Use a pizza cutter to cut strips. You should have about 12 strips.

    Roll each strip and place in a greased 9x13 inch pan. You should have 12 rolls!

    Cover with a plastic wrap and let it rise again for about 30min- 1 hour.

    While you wait, make the crumble! Just add all the crumble ingredients in a bowl and mix until crumble consistency forms. Place in the fridge for a few minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350 f.

    Pour the crumble mixture all over the rolls right before you place them in the oven!

    Bake for about 25-30 minutes~ until top is lightly golden

    Let the rolls cool!

    While the rolls are cooling, make the icing. mix all the icing ingredients together in a bowl until smooth.

    When the rolls are done cooling, drizzle on the icing and serve!
