Make these healthy and delicious Apple pie pancakes for your fall breakfast

    Chop up your apples and dice them into small pieces. In your saucepan, add the apples, maple syrup and cinnamon and mix on low medium heat. Stir and take the pot off the heat when you get your desired consistency of apples.

    In a blender, add in all the ingredients for the pancakes and blend. If the batter is a little too thick. Add small amounts of milk.

    Pour batter onto low medium heat pan!

    Assemble your pancakes and top it off with more maple syrup
