Apple Fritter Cake
This apple fritter cake taste like a donut but in cake form

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl, add in your chopped &peeled apples! (i used honeycrisp) and add in sugar & cinnamon. Set aside.

In a different bowl, add in the melted butter, sugar, applesauce and beat them together. Add in the eggs &vanilla and mix again.

In a separate bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Whisk it gently together.

Pour in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold with spatula. pour in the milk and whisk again.

Pour half of the mixture into the loaf pan and then pour some of the apple filling on top. then pour the rest of the batter and top with the rest of the apple filling. Gently press down the apple filling.

Bake for 1 hour!

Make the glaze & set aside: mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla!

Cool and pour the glaze on top:)
