Ingredients: 2 cup all-purpose flour; 0.25 teaspoon salt; 0.5 teaspoon baking powder; 1 cup boiling coffee; 1 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder; 1 tsp instant espresso; 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil (@californiaoliveranch); 75 g unsweetened chocolate (melted); 1 egg; 1 tbsp vanilla extract; 0.75 cup dark brown sugar (packed); 0.33 cup granulated sugar; 0.5 cup chocolate chips; sprinkles (toppings); 9 Oreos (toppings); sea salt (toppings)

These brownies are SO delicious. They are fudgy and chewy with the perfect amount of mix ins. These are the perfect dessert to make for halloween!

Preheat the oven to 350f and line a 7x7 baking pan.

In a bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, salt and instant espresso. Whisk. Set aside

In a different large bowl, add the boiling coffee and cocoa powder. Whisk until its smooth and then add in the melted chocolate, egg and vanilla extract.

Add in the sugars as well and mix again.

Sift in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and use a spatula to fold everything together.

Add in chocolate chips & carefully fold again.

Transfer half the batter into the lined pan. Top with 9 Oreos and some sprinkles. And pour rest of the batter on top. Add more sprinkles on top!

Bake for about 20-25 min!

Transfer to pan to cool
