A viral hit from last year! You guys LOVED my brown butter chai cake so here is brown butter vanilla chai muffins! It SO moist and soft

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a muffin tin with muffin cups

    Make the crumble first! Mix together all the ingredients for the crumble and set aside.

    In a bowl, add in the butter, oil, and sugar and give it a well whisk

  4. 4

    Add in 1 egg and whisk again.

  5. 5

    Add vanilla and mix.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.

    Pour half of that batter to the sugar mixture and alternate with 1/2 cup of chai concentrate.

    Pour batter into the muffin cups and top with crumble.

    Bake at 425 for 5 minutes and reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes!

    Once the muffins are cooled, mix together the icing ingredients to create the glaze: drizzle on top of the muffins!
