    add all ingredients to a bowl, mix til well combined, should be sticky

    proof the dough: cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place until doubles in size (~2.5-3h) do not touch or disturb dough during this time

    in the last hour of proof time, preheat oven to 450°

  4. 4

    put an empty Dutch oven/ bread oven to preheat in the Dutch oven for 30 mins

  5. 5

    when the bread is ready, grab and fold the dough over itself x6-8, working in a circle

    place parchment paper on your work surface, place the dough on top, work into an even ball, sprinkle with flour, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 mins

    after 10 mins, uncover, make a slit down the middle with a razor or sharp knife, place in hot Dutch oven

  8. 8

    cook for 30 mins with lid on

  9. 9

    cook for 15 mins with lid off

  10. 10

    remove from Dutch oven to cool
