Baked Herb Crusted Salmon with Creamy Lemon Basil Pasta

    Preheat oven to 400.

    In a tin foil lined oven safe baking dish add filet and evenly coat with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper to both sides and make.

    In a bowl mix bread crumbs with basil and small flecks of ice cold butter.

    Top the filet with all the bread crumbs, drizzle with more olive oil and top with 2 of lemon.

    Cover with another sheet of tinfoil and bake for 20 mins.

    Cook pasta according to package in salted water.

    Strain, reserving some of the water from cooking.

    Return pot to burner (heat turned off or on lowest setting).

    Add butter, let melt. Add lemon juice, milk, and feta, stir til mostly melted.

    Return pasta to pot with remaining sauce ingredients and stir til all cheese is melted and pasta is evenly coated.
