Cut the onion & the peach into slices.

Drizzle some olive oil, balsamic cream & honey on a baking tray or pan & season.

Spread the onion, peach & rosemary.

Add the puff pastry.

Bake in the oven at 180°-200° for about 30 minutes.

Optionally top with ruccola & feta.
