    Add the golden breadcrumbs to a plate along with the cajun seasoning, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder together.

    Crack the egg into a bowl and add the cornflour onto a plate, then take the chicken and dip into the cornflour, then the egg, then the breadcrumbs.

    Spray well with oil and then transfer to the airfryer for around 20-25 mins until crispy and golden brown.

    When the chicken is a couple mins away from being done, add a cheese slice to the top and finish cooking.

    Whilst the chicken is cooking, mix together the mayo, sriracha, garlic puree and cajun seasoning to make your spicy mayo.

    Spread a tbsp of this to the base of the brioche bun, followed by the chicken breast.

    Add the onion and the rest of the spicy mayo, then the top of the brioche bun.

    Serve with some homemade fries & coleslaw!
