    Mix the mince, breadcrumbs & spices in a large bowl until combined together then separate into four balls.

    Add the oil to some baking paper, then roll each burger out flat on the baking paper, covering well in the oil to avoid sticking.

    Transfer to a preheated grill for around 15 minutes, turning the burgers halfway through.

    Build your bun by adding a layer of burger sauce, onion (and lettuce if you fancy) then add the burger, cheese slice and the other burger on top.

    A lil trick is to wrap the burger in tinfoil and pop back into the oven for 3-5 minutes, everything melts together and tastes unreal.
