    Boil pasta as per packet instructions.

    Fry off garlic and onion in oil for a couple minutes until soft and fragrant.

    Add chicken to the pan, season with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and mixed Italian herbs. Fry the chicken off until it browns.

    Add sundried tomatoes and red pesto to the pan, fry everything off for a few minutes.

    Add single cream to the pan and stir.

    Transfer cooked pasta to the pan and toss through, adding two large spoonfuls of pasta water.
