Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice
a simple one pan meal!

Add all chicken ingredients to a bowl and mix, leave to marinade for an hour or so.

Then cook in a frying pan on a high heat, don’t move it much, once it has some colour give it a good stir and then add the sauce ingredients.

Set chicken to one side, add sesame oil to the pan then add your veggies and cook until they are soft, then push this to one side and add the eggs to the pan, once they start to cook give them a scramble with a spoon and mix with the veg.

Add the cooked rice & fry for a few mins before adding the chicken back to the pan.

Then leave for 2-3 minutes until the rice is piping hot and ready to serve!
