Bang Bang Chicken Loaded Potatoes

    Start off by cooking your potatoes, cut them into small cubes, add all the seasonings and some spray oil and cook in the airfryer for 20-25 minutes until they are nice and crispy.

    Then fry off your onion, and pepper. After a few mins add your garlic and fry for 30 secs.

    Add in your chicken once your chicken has some colour all over. Add in the seasonings and sriracha. Then pour in the chicken stock and reduce this down a little, then stir through the Philadelphia. And give this a good mix until everything is coated.

    Once everything is cooked, mix in the potatoes, scatter over the grated cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is golden and melted!

    Top with sriracha mayo, spring onions and parsley.
