Mix the cubed potatoes with the seasoning and pop them in the airfryer or oven for 20-25 minutes.

Next up I fried off the onion, once this was soft I added in the garlic and mince, give this a good stir and then add in some salt and pepper.

Once the mince was browned off, I added in the gherkins, tomatoes and passatta, mix this and then add the cheese slices and just leave these to melt down.

Cook until the sauce thickens and then add in the cooked potatoes. Mix everything together, top with cheese and pop on a lid until golden and bubbling.
