    Cook the chips, cut the potatoes, add some salt, pepper and spray oil and cook for 25 mins in the airfryer, shaking them half way.

    Mix all of the chicken ingredients together in a bowl, then thread on skewers, these can either be cooked in your airfryer or under the grill.

    For the sauce, just mix together fat free greek yoghurt, lemon juice & garlic in a bowl and leave this for the flavours to combine.

    For the flatbreads combine everything in a bowl, gradually add in the yoghurt, as if you add too much the mix becomes to wet, so I find adding it gradually helps.

    Mix together until it forms a dough. Then roll this into a ball, I split this evenly in to 2 sections and roll out nice and thin.

    Then either fry for a couple mins each side in some spray oil or pop in the oven for a few mins (turning half way).

    Thin slice up your chicken once it’s cooked and serve with everything layered up inside the flatbreads.
