Cut your chicken in to bite sized pieces then combine in a bowl with seasonings.

Then add to a frying pan and fry until the chicken is cooked through.

Add all of the sauce ingredients to a bowl, stir through the cooked chicken.

Layer the bottom of the bread rolls in a baking dish, top with mozzarella slices, then the chicken mix and some grated mozzarella.

Add the tops of the bread rolls, then lather over the garlic butter and pop in the oven for the cheese to melt and go all gooey.

(I covered with foil in the oven for 5 mins then removed for the foil for another 3-5 mins)
