Add prawns to a bowl with the cornflour and seasoning, mix well and then add to a frying pan and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked, then set to one side.

Boil your pasta in a stock cube.

In a large pan, add some spray oil and fry off the onion & pepper, once soft around 5 mins, add the garlic and fry for another 1 minute.

Add in the seasonings.

Stir in the tomato sauce, cook for a few minutes and then add the cream and chicken stock and allow it to simmer for 8-10 minutes stir occasionally.

Finally add Parmesan cheese and cream cheese.

Add in the pasta to the sauce mixture and cook for another few minutes.

Then remove the pan from heat, stir in the prawns and sprinkle over some fresh parsley.
