    Blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, sun-dried tomatoes, oil from the tomatoes, oregano, and lemon juice until smooth.

    Season shrimp with salt and lemon pepper. Fry in olive oil until cooked.

    Toast baguette slices. Pipe feta mixture onto each slice. Top with cooked shrimp and sprinkle with more crumbled feta and fresh oregano.
