These cute little pumpkin molten chocolate cakes are so incredibly easy to make and are so delicious—perfect for a date night or to share with a friend.

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Grease two 4-inch ramekins well.

    Add all ingredients except for the chocolate. Blend until smooth.

    Divide batter evenly among the two ramekins.

    Open the chocolate bar and place two squares in each ramekin.

    Cover with the chocolate mixture.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Remove from oven, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
