    Add all ingredients listed into a large bowl or a large Ziploc bag, mix well

    Cover, let marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight for the best results

  3. 3

    On medium heat, add neutral oil into a large frying pan. Add enough oil to cover the ribs half way while frying

  4. 4

    Once oil is hot, carefully add in the ribs

  5. 5

    Flip every 10 minutes until the ribs are evenly cooked through and have a nice golden brown color to it

  6. 6

    For airfryer, cook at 380°F for 20-30 minutes

  7. 7

    Flipping every 10-15 minutes

    Cooking time and temp varies depending on your airfryer

    Serve ribs as a rice plate or vermicelli rice noodles salad bowl
