    Combine the filling ingredients listed into a bowl and mix well

    Form into round one inch patties (about 2 Tbsp)

    Set aside

    Heat oven to 400°F

    Crack one egg into a bowl, lightly whisk and set aside

    Open the box of pastry sheets

  7. 7

    Unfold, stack both pastry sheets on top of each other, cut into 9 even squares, remove the top layer

    Place meat filling in the center of each squares

    Brush egg on all edges

    Place the other piece of pastry sheet square on top

    Using a fork, press down to crimp and seal the edges

    Placed on a baking tray lined with parchment paper

    Bake for 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown
