Heat up a large pan with 2 tbsp neutral oil on medium high heat

Add minced shallot & garlic

Sàuté for a couple of minutes or until fragrant

Add in Fish

After 3 minutes, carefully flip the fish

Pour in the sauce mix

Occasionally use a spoon to drizzle the sauce from the pan onto the top of the fish

Turn heat to medium low

Cover with lid for 2-3 minutes

Remove lid

Continue simmering with the heat on med-low until the sauce reduces and thickens

Add in the Jalapeños
